What is ART?
The Automated Reconciliation Tool (ART) is designed to streamline business in the Manufacturing Engineering & Ramp Engineering departments. It is intended to assist with the reconciliation of specific common data fields between various ME/RE systems. ART automates the identification of data discrepancies to facilitate the alignment of each system.
How does ART work?
ART applies appropriate logic and algorithms to common fields to identify missing, duplicate, or discrepant information. This is accomplished by extracting each system's data, performing a field by field comparison, and reporting out differences through views and reports.
Why is ART needed?
ART helps improve the quality of ME/RE systems and decisions made based on consistent and accurate data. It improves the alignment of systems and increases efficiency by facilitating the process of correcting the discrepancies between the various systems.
Who is ART for?
ART is primarily intended to be an ME/RE system owner application.
When does ART run?
The elements of ART are scheduled to run automatically by the following timetable:

System Activity Day(s) Time
EDB Data Extract & Conversion Tuesday & Friday 1:00:00 am
EMS Data Extract & Conversion Tuesday & Friday 1:30:00 am
